Orders can be placed by phone, fax, or internet. For your convenience, you can contact us TOLL FREE within Canada.

For orders under $150.00, the following shipping charges apply based on your province:

Return Policy

We strive to provide the best quality products. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• 10-Day Return Window: Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be in resalable condition. A copy of the customer's receipt must be attached to all returns.
• Non-Refundable Items: Please note that Probiotics and Loose Teas are not refundable.
• Damaged Goods: Any damaged or missing goods must be reported within 24 hours after receipt.
